Draft           -The 3 Girls who cried Burglar                                    10/25/13

           There was three teenage girls having a sleepover,there was Rachel the brunette, Allison the blonde and Trisha the red head; they were beginning to get bored and have nothing to do. Rachel had a solution, she came up with the idea about calling the police . She said “How about we say that there was a suspicious man who was loitering around her neighborhood.”

They all agree that, that was the idea that could save the night, so Rachel dials 911 and hears “ This is 911 what’s your emergency ?”

Rachel replies “ There is a suspicious man loitering around my neighborhood in black clothing,”

The 911 operator asks “ What street do you live on and what area code ?”

“ I live on Batwillkin Avenue, the area code is 37852 . Hurry I keep on seeing him eye-ing my house.” she says acting like she is terrified.

“ We will be there as soon as possible mam” he responded. Than the phone is hung up.

The police came five minutes after the call ended. They scan the area and find  no man in black clothing on Batwillkin Avenue, 37852.

 The girls thought that was so exhilarating that they decide to call again an hour after the cops left.This time Allison was on the phone, she dials 911 and hears

“ This is 911, what’s your emergency?” says the phone operator.

“ I saw the suspicious black clothed man again except this time I saw him trying to hop over the fence to my backyard.”

“ Okay, we will be there as soon as possible” the man says.

Than Allison adds quickly “ He just got over he his heading over to the slider door!”

“ Okay, ma'am calm down we will be there soon.”

 The police came to the residence again and went through the backyard checking any place the man could hide and found no one. The girls got tired and fell asleep they woke up to the sound of the front door opening at three in the morning.

Trisha stepped quietly down the stairs and saw a Caucasian man in black clothing looking at Rachel's families china and her electronic, such as: the family television, Xbox 360 and her families ancient ancestor golden cup.She quietly went back upstairs and said

"Guys, there is man downstairs, he is looking at all of your expensive stuff. And I think he's going go upstairs, I mean why would a burglar come to a 2 story house and only take stuff from the 1st level?", The rest of the girls had their mouths open in awe and were about to scream, until Trisha put her hand over their mouths.Allison called 911 while Rachel and Trisha were thinking of a spot to hide. " Hello this is  911, what's your emergency?" Says this time a female operator.

Allison responds with " There is a white man in black clothing in my friends living room taking all of her expensive stuff !" Allison was crying while she was talking, so it was very hard to understand what she was saying.

"This line is for emergencies only Miss, I have been informed that you have called this line twice with fake emergencies, this is a serious matter," says the phone operator in a annoyed tone. Than the phone was hung up. Rachel and Trisha decided that Rachel would hind under her bed and that Allison and Trisha would hide behind Rachel's closet doors.

They heard footsteps coming up the stairs. Rachel saw dirty brown combat boots pass her door.

After 2 hours they heard the front door close, but they decided stay under the bed for an extra 30 minutes in case he came back. When Trisha and Allison came out from behind the closet, and when Rachel came out from under the bed they found the room ransacked, than she went in to her mom's room, her jewelry was taken, and than they went down the stairs to find the whole first floor a mess. There was cords everywhere from him taking the electronics and broken things, just make a mess.

Rachel started to cry and than the rest of the girls started to cry as well. They all just sat in the corner of the kitchen cradling themselves. At 9:00 her mom and dad came home to find this mess, than instantly the parents were furious. The mom said

"WHAT HAPPENED? DID YOU CREATE THIS MESS?"than the mom looked at her daughter and instantly knew that she didn't cause the mess and that there was a stranger in her home, so she called the police. "Hello this is 911, what's your emergency?" Says the phone operator.

" MY HOUSE HAS BEEN RANSACKED!!!!!!" Says the worried Mom.

      " Ohhhh No not this again! I'm sorry mam but remember this one is for emergencies only we told that to you last night!"

" I never called, this is serious and real, come now!" says the mother getting more and more angry.

" Okay, but if this is fake, you know that the law is against this activity, so therefore you can go to jail, if you are playing another one of your jokes." Than the phone was hung up.

The mother stood in her messed up house confused and asked

" Girls what did you do last night?"

      " We pulled a prank on the police a couple of times," said a scared and worried Rachel.

" Gosh Dang it, Rachel Kelly Greene!!! Do you realized what you have done, you could have gone to jail!!!!!! I hope the police find our things, or so help me YOU ARE GOING TO BE IN A WHOLE LOT OF TROUBLE!!!!!!!" Now the Mom Broke her last straw.

One of the neighbors was an old lady named Meredith and was watching the police come for the 3rd time and was very curious, so she went over and comforted the girls and gave the some advice.She said

" Girls never play jokes on the police or any kind of service that is serious about helping people. whenever young girls get bored, I give you permission to go over to my house and swim in the pool." She smiled at the girls and walked slowly out the door with her cane.
